We’re a military family getting ready to move to another duty station, and I had a couple thousand more miles to go in my tires. As a Costco member, I priced the tires I needed from Costco, and Byron matched the prices to make sure I could get what I need and on the way. He never pressures me into any repairs I don’t need, and genuinely cares about my well-being and my pocketbook. I’m going to miss coming to Jay Wolfe Honda for my car’s service needs. Great service visit Was in for my first oil change and tire rotation and was in and out within 1 hour. The service attendant advised it would take around 30 min to complete. Sounded reasonable to me even though it was not expected. The cost was also reasonable. About 1 hr and 20 min later, I was able to pick up my car and leave. More
