Service Visit Went in for my 1st oil change. Service center is so fast and efficient to get you checked in and your way. The waiting area is great as well if need Went in for my 1st oil change. The shuttle service is normally great, however there was only 1 shuttle van that day so the wait was extremely long. I understand this is a free service, but I would only request that there be a better method to determine wait time for shuttle. This may only be an issue when there is one van, but if I knew how long the wait was going to be I could have made other arrangements. Maybe have the shuttle driver in communication with the waiting area staff so they can let customer know just how long before the next van will arrive. Ended up staying until car was finished (over 1 hour), but Byron keep me updated on status of my car and when finished went over everything that was done and everything that checked. The complementary car wash was great too! Overall still a great experience and I would still recommend getting your Honda serviced here! More

OIL CHANGE I really like Jay Wolfe, but not as friendly as they used to be. My tech was good, could have been friendlier, but made sure to tell me he wanted a 5 I really like Jay Wolfe, but not as friendly as they used to be. Nobody really greets people like they used to, unless you are there to buy a car, and then they are all over you. Several of us would have liked something at the snack bar, but it was closed at 4???? To me that is too early for it to be closed. It is really a nice service that you all offer, and I know you don't have to, but I have been coming here for 7 plus years, and got spoiled by it, lol. I really miss some of the former employees, in the service area, and the showroom. Went to the part area to buy some touch up paint..... and I don't see the guy listed, but he was rude. He acted like I was bothering him. Not the same Jay Wolfe I have experienced in the last 7 plus years. More
