Routine Service I was just in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor, Kyle Leitch, was excellent and my vehicle was ready in the exact amount I was just in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Don’t buy the service plan! I bought a new 2013 Accord with a service plan. Fast forward to 2017, my AC unit stops blowing cool air. Car is in the service department 3 times over I bought a new 2013 Accord with a service plan. Fast forward to 2017, my AC unit stops blowing cool air. Car is in the service department 3 times over the summer, a loaner car a total of 30 days, and technicians are still unable to find the issue. The only remedy is to refill my coolant and send me on my way so it slowly leaks out after 5-6 weeks, Summer of 2018 shocking the AC doesn’t work. In for service 3 times this year, still have not fixed the issue. The service department is unable to upsell me on services and parts since the service plan only covers parts that are proven to be faulty. Since money is not being made from me as a customer the service department is not trying to fix the issue. The number of trips to the service department, weeks waiting for a loaner car to get the service scheduled has been an enormous hassle. I am currently waiting on a loaner to get the car in to be looked at for the 7th time. I have owned a previous Accord, Odessey, CRV and now my current Accord and my husband drives a new Pilot. I would have thought as a loyal Honda owner, I would be treated better as a customer. I have expressed my dissatisfaction with Jay Wolfe the last 5 visits and informed them this is their last attempt to fix my vehicle. I foresee me going to another service repair shop and them fixing the issue on the first visit, albeit paying out of pocket. I have previously never had any issues with Jay Wolfe but I have never needed them other then to purchase new vehicles or for routine maintenance. When their services are actually needed, they are proving to be unreliable and incompetent. More
