Good service, terrible shuttle I made an appointment to get an oil change and requested to use the courtesy shuttle service when I arrived to go back to work. After arriving, I was I made an appointment to get an oil change and requested to use the courtesy shuttle service when I arrived to go back to work. After arriving, I was told I’d be waiting no longer than 30 minutes. 40 minutes goes by, still no ride. When asked, I was told the guy left 15 minutes prior and would be back in another 15 to get me. So I was there waiting while he was there and left. Finally get back to work after being in the lounge for about an hour. Later, I requested the shuttle service to pick me up from work to return to my car. Almost an hour goes by before the call to let me know he’d be there between 5:30-5:45. At 5:45 I called back because he still had not arrived and I wanted to make sure I could pick up my vehicle. I was then told he wouldn’t be able to get me until 6:30!! At the point I was angry and luckily a coworker was still on site and offered to drive me. While I had no issues with the service advisors or the service itself, the shuttle service unfortunately left me with a bad taste. Will use service again, but definitely not the shuttle. More

Always top of the line. Sure - waiting 45-60 minutes for an oil change is a little annoying when you can go to Valvoline/Jiffy Lube for a (hopefully) 15 minutes oil change. However, Jay Wolfe takes care of their customers. That 45-60 minutes oil change felt extremely quick because they offer complimentary food/beverages. I had a nice breakfast and browsed the web to get my day started and before I knew it I was on my merry way. Plus you know you are getting the best care for your car from specialists of your brand of car. Definitely worth the extra 20-30 minutes. More
