The only downside to this visit is that I agreed to wait for the car, and it took 4 hours for the car to be done, and no one came to update me during that time. Luckily, I had brought my laptop and was able to get some work done while waiting. Other than that, the visit went very well. More

Oil change and tire rotate I recently bought a Honda Pilot from this dealership and brought the vehicle in for my first oil change and rotate. I asked the technician a simple qu I recently bought a Honda Pilot from this dealership and brought the vehicle in for my first oil change and rotate. I asked the technician a simple question about something I didn’t like and he was initially dismissive and unprofessional in my opinion comparing my request to “finding a needle in a haystack.” Then without making eye contact with me he suggested I wait at his service desk. While waiting at the service desk the technician on the phone next to me was getting annoyed with a customer and dropped the f-word in front of me when he hung up the phone. I’m not sure what is causing this type of collective behavior but I am not impressed. Absent the complimentary five oil changes and tire rotations I’m not sure I would be a return customer. I don’t want to be contacted to discuss further. I suggest that the management of this organization should take a hard look at why their people are under too much pressure or how people need more training. Also worth noting that the managers on the sales floor were not overly welcoming while I waited to talk with Tony to lease a new vehicle. If it weren’t for Tony I would probably never be a repeat customer at your dealership. More
