I love 'Jay's Pit Stop,' where you can get a variety of complimentary breakfast items to include breakfast sandwiches, fruit smoothies, coffee, muffins, LeMar's doughnuts, and other foodstuffs. The service dept folks aren't pushy at all when it comes to services that you "need," and the sales staff won't bug you multiple times on their loyalty/buyback program to get you in a new car. It's always a pleasure to know exactly how you'll be treated here! More

Great experience with this service department. When I took my Honda CRV in initially for a safety recall repair I was informed that I needed to follow up with a service visit in the future. I made an appointment and that work was all completed with this current visit. The young man who oversaw the work and reviewed everything done with me was Byron Hughes. I found him to be straightforward, able to assess what my car needed and see it through to completion. I had to wait while the work was done because I live over an hour away from the dealership. I was comfortable and found the lady in the waiting area very kind and helpful. Overall, my experience was great. More
