Great service from Chris Guinn Great service visit all the way around. Brought in for flat tire repair already concerned that tread was low. Rep measured the tread and recommended replacement of the front tires, rather than repairing the flat - but the rear tires still had enough tread for more usage. He admitted there was still usable tread on the fronts but they wouldn't last much longer so I decided to go ahead and replace them now. Didn't have time to wait so scheduled service for the next day - which gave dealer time to obtain the needed tires from an external location. When I arrived the next day, I requested Chris Guinn for my technician because he always provides excellent service - and, as expected, he did so again! Altho I arrived slightly late, he still replaced the tires in record time and also had the car washed - and it sorely needed a wash. He also neatly packed my spare back into my trunk - which was full of all kinds of other items like golf clubs. His service was so quick, he barely left me time to chomp down a delicious and complimentary breakfast sandwich and beverage as I waited. As an afterthought, after bringing my 2016 Civic up front for me, I realized I'd like to keep the non-flat front tire that I replaced as a spare (with the thought of obtaining a wheel for it in the future). Next thing I knew, rather than have me drive the car back for it, Chris was carrying the tire by hand all the way to the car for me ... with a smile and handshake for me as I left. Each time I have taken my car in for service the customer service employees are ready to help. This last time the person that met me at the car wasn't Steve Barzilla it was another gentlemen.
