Great experience! I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Civic. I had tried going to a different dealership, but they didn’t have the car I wanted, tried to sell me somethin I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Civic. I had tried going to a different dealership, but they didn’t have the car I wanted, tried to sell me something else, and acted like if I left, I wouldn’t get what I wanted and it would be difficult to work with me and my out of state co-signer. Needless to say, I was stressed and left. I went to Jay Wolfe Honda after and started working with James the Jett Trotter. Right off the bat he made me feel comfortable, found the car I was looking for, and walked me through the entire car and process. I never once felt pressured into something I didn’t want and James and the entire Jay Wolfe team worked with me and my co-signer and made it seem so easy. This was my first car buying experience and they made it a great one! I will definitely go back and recommend them to any one! The salesman, Bryan Drescher, lis We bought a 2018 Pilot-Touring. We had done a lot of research before coming in and thought we knew what we wanted. The salesman, Bryan Drescher, listened to what we had to say and then pointed out the differences between the EX-L and the Touring. Our research had pointed us to the EX-L. After I drove both we again thought we wanted the EX-L. My wife then test drove both and after some discussion we decided that the Touring was really the car we needed. Through all of this Bryan was very patient and not pushy. He let us talk through our concerns and made points to help aid us in our decision making. When we got to the financing department, Josh Pop, treated us the same as Bryan had done and assisted us through the process very effectively. As I titled the review they were a pleasure to deal with. More

All paperwork was completed quickly and I was on my way to work (via the complimentary shuttle service) within 15 minutes of arriving. The appointment was to check out the breaks -- turned out that both front/back needed to be done - I was promptly notified of their analysis of the problem and what was going to be involved with the repair. When the car was ready, the shuttle service picked me up at work and took me back to get my car. I will definitely recommend this service center if I have the opportunity! More
