New Car Experience Went in to get a new car, and was pleased with the car and the price, however, I felt like the customer service was a little lacking. I went back two Went in to get a new car, and was pleased with the car and the price, however, I felt like the customer service was a little lacking. I went back two days in a row to finalize the process, and on the second day, it was like I hadn't even been in before. None of the information I had discussed with the salesman got relayed to the financing group, and it was basically like going back and re-discussing price. Plus, as soon as I made it clear I was interested in the car, I felt as though they stopped making an effort to speak with me and make it an enjoyable experience. It was also very disappointing that, on the second day when I returned, I found out they had been allowing people to test drive the car that I had committed to that morning! When I spoke on the phone with the salesman that morning, I was under the impression the car was being held for me to come in and sign the paperwork later that afternoon, but he had not notified anyone and it was out on the lot with people looking at it. In the end, I'm very happy with my car and the price I paid for it, but I just feel like the experience overall could've been a little bit more personable. More
