Flat Tire We had an 8:00 am appointment to fix our tire. Service center finished at 4:00 pm. Was told tire could not be fixed and they did not have any in stock We had an 8:00 am appointment to fix our tire. Service center finished at 4:00 pm. Was told tire could not be fixed and they did not have any in stock. They sent out for one but it would be 2:00 pm until the tire would come in. At that time (around 2:00) they told us that the wrong tire was picked up and they were getting the right tire. The tire was finely replaced and we were finished at 4:00 pm. Our car is a 2016 Rav 4 and didn't realize the tire size would be an issue. As it is a one hour and fifteen minute drive from our house to dealership, nothing like spending a full day waiting for a tire to be fixed from the dealership that sold you the car. I am not blaming the service person we I worked with but saying it should not take that long to replace a tire from a large dealership. More
