Surprise! I came to BUY a car today!!! Ed Young met us at the door to the dealership and politely greeted us and began taking care of us immediately. We came prepared to purchase a car & he quickly learned that we had done our research prior to arriving. We test drove two cars & I purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry SE. Brad Wolfe stepped in to assist us in closing the deal & he was extremely helpful. Once I decided to purchase, we were led to Rena Roberts in Finance. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Our entire experience was excellent! More
OIl change Oil Change went ok. Service person had a long list of things to do that would have cost me around $900 preventive service items I think he called it. Oil Change went ok. Service person had a long list of things to do that would have cost me around $900 preventive service items I think he called it. Ridiculous prices. He said I needed an alignment. I didn't get it from you for $119. I then went to another local service center and they said it was barely out and not enough to even have it aligned. He printed me the results to show me. Didn't even charge to check it. I do have one thing I am disappointed with. The service people NEVER reset the annoying message that comes out every time you start the vehicle that service is needed. I try to do what the manual says but it doesn't work. It is annoying. More

In three years, I've never had anything but excellent service, from the moment I roll into the service bay (and being greeted immediately by a employe In three years, I've never had anything but excellent service, from the moment I roll into the service bay (and being greeted immediately by a employee) till the moment I drive away. Sadly, this was not my recent experience. I drove up right on time for my appointment, There was no where and no way I could park by the service bay. I had to drive around the building and still could not get into the service bay. Once I was finally in the service bay, I looked around for an employee, finding none, I got out of my car and walked into the service center. Once inside the service center, I waited for over 20 minutes before anyone even asked if I had been helped. TWENTY MINUTES! After I was finally greeted, I got the normal excellent service I have come to expect at Jay Wolfe Toyota... it was just completely lopsided... longer than appropriate wait to be greeted, then the excellent service I am accustomed to. More
Awesome customer service I took my Sienna in for a couple of recalls and managed to lock the keys in my Hertz rental car. JOHN in service quickly rescued me and brought me back to the dealership, my van was ready and I felt bad because they were very busy and yet JOHN rescued me in less than 10 minutes. They missed their estimate by nearly a half hour. Otherwise the service was Excellent and my car was pristine when it was returned. Not only had they serviced my car but they also took the time to wash it and fill the wiper fluid. More
