I just wanted it fixed this can cause a fire, which doen't make me feel safe first of all, and it can cause extreme wear on your engine parts. I scheduled a oil change and wanted a diagnosis on the leak, They looked at it and referred to it as a "seep" and not in need of repair at this time. Personally, I prefer to address issues when they are small. After answering the Toyota survey and telling them about my unsatisfactory experience, making another service appointment and insisting they fix this issue,it was finally fixed. I shouln't have to fight to get my car fixed..I am a woman, this wasn't respectful to me and I don't like having to be nasty like this, Apparently it gets the job done. Work on making your customers happy guys. I know its a business,but if Toyota stands behind their Engineering and their brand, then "SHOW ME", don't tell me.. More

Purchased new vehicle My husband and I bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander from Jay Wolfe Toyota yesterday. We worked with Maria Rodriguez. She was very nice, and I did not f My husband and I bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander from Jay Wolfe Toyota yesterday. We worked with Maria Rodriguez. She was very nice, and I did not feel like she was pushy at all. She listened to our requests and worked hard to make sure we were pleased. I do not feel like she was 100% knowledgeable about the vehicle. When test driving, she did not discuss any features of the car. I am used to dealers in the past discussing features of the car before, during, or after the test drive. Luckily, my husband has driven several Highlanders so he is familiar with the features. Overall, I would say the process of buying the vehicle was quite easy, and I appreciated that Maria was not being too pushy. Our entire experience changed when we had to meet with Rena Roberts. She was extremely pushy about extended warranties, even after my husband and I expressed that we were NOT interested. She continued to push and push, and would not take no for an answer. When we finally convinced her that we were not going to agree to the extended warranty, she became very flustered and even quite rude. By the end, she would give us short one-word answers to our questions. We could tell she was upset that we did not fall for the extended warranty. We left Jay Wolfe with a bad taste in our mouths, thanks to Rena Roberts. No means no. We thought Maria was very polite and helpful, but if we do decide to return to Jay Wolfe to purchase another vehicle, we do not want to work with Rena. More
