Pressure I felt that I was being bullied into doing some work on my car that I did not have the funds for at the time. I did not appreciate that. I understand there are safety issues sometimes that you need to make sure I know but please just let me know that and let me make my own decision instead of trying to make me feel bad about it. I had also come in one night about 15 minutes before closing and none of the sales people acted like they really wanted to work with me. I would say you’re lucky that I came back to test drive some cars after that. More

Service costs discrepancy I was told services requested would be $1,279.90 but when vehicle was picked up the services cost was $1,461.25! They were told that the oil was just changed less than 1,000 miles ago and shouldn’t need changed, it appears they changed it anyway. They need to charge what they said the cost would be!! More
