Service on site was good, but unhappy about service warranty I was overall pretty satisfied with my service visit. My little bit of dissatisfaction came from: 1. How long it took to check me in...there was abs I was overall pretty satisfied with my service visit. My little bit of dissatisfaction came from: 1. How long it took to check me in...there was absolutely no service manager physically at the check in area for over 10 minutes. 2. My service warranty said that for the first year, wheel covers were....covered. I had lost my right front wheel cover and asked for it to be replaced. The Service Manager put it in the computer and it came back rejected. When I showed him the warranty info he said that I needed to call them to challenge the denial, and oh by the way...it was after 5 and I would have to do it myself tomorrow. That didn't seem right to me and I expected better service quite frankly. It takes me over 25 minutes to get up to the dealership from my house and I wanted it taken care of that afternoon when I in for scheduled service! More

He immediately went out to check and came back in with the cabin filter in hand. It had all kinds of “nesting materials on it! Some critter had been building its nest. Fortunately, all that was needed to correct the problem was a new cabin filter. One thing I can always depend on at Jay Wolfe is the integrity of their service personnel. I have never felt they have taken advantage of me by suggesting big dollar items. I trust them and have been a customer for over 20 years. More

I experienced a really awesome experience with JAYWOLFE Toyota Services, so i believe i should let prospective customers know how good they are right there. -They have good entertainment center for waiting clients. -They front desk are professional and someone is always there to attend to all your needs. -My car was also washed after service, amazing aint it?. -JAYWOLFE gave me a ride home when i needed to go home for a quick call while my car was being fixed. -I really like Jaywolfe.
