My salesperson, Fadil. was extremely knowledgeable on all the vehicles and features, super nice with a great sense of humor, and seemed genuinely interested in getting me the best vehicle to meet my needs, with NO pressure. Although I am not a fan of the time you must spend with the finance manager, Rena actually made it painless. Very helpful, patient, and again no pressure. This is my third purchase at this dealership and I will continue to come back, both for service and purchases The entire experience was very enjoyable and I am especially happy with my new vehicle. Tony Toy greeted me quickly and completed the initial paperwork quickly. Waiting lounge was clean and stocked with fruit and candy. The two women who attended to customers in the lounge were friendly and helpful. David Rank worked with me on finalizing the paperwork and payment quickly and efficiently.
