Slow, slow, unorganized, understaffed? Didn't appreciate having an appointment to make, just to wait over 10 minutes in my car at the service bay doors after arriving before being spoken to Didn't appreciate having an appointment to make, just to wait over 10 minutes in my car at the service bay doors after arriving before being spoken to by anyone. Then waiting for someone to actually assist me and apparently having no clue as to why I was there and what my vehicle was needing. ...Fast forward 1.5 hours later (oil change, 10k mile service) to learn on my own that my car was finished, and had been finished for a while as I found it parked outside the service entrance after wondering what was taking so long. I eventually got out of there. Night and day different from my only other experience with this service department at my 5k mile oil change. Appeared to be understaffed and unorganized on this trip. Still a great dealership, just missed the mark on this service visit. More

And, I felt service, from initial contact to the serving of a friendly cup of coffee, was friendly, professional and an overall positive experience. First time I have been to an auto dealership in many years since I always took my 19 yr old Camry to the local repair shop. So, overall this was a positive experience and looking for to the same treatment and service for many years to come. Job well done! More
not good I spent $110+ dollars and nearly four hours over TWO days to have the engine light checked and a gas cap replaced! A friend told me I could take it to O'Reillys and they would check the light for free and sell me the gas cap for less than $20! Mr Toy was nice but this is price gouging! More
found just what we were looking for! jay wolfe was our second choice. we had initially visited another dealership in hopes of purchasing a vehicle for our daughter and thought we would ju jay wolfe was our second choice. we had initially visited another dealership in hopes of purchasing a vehicle for our daughter and thought we would just stop by jay wolfe to see what they could offer. well it turned out the offer was better and on top of that we get free oil changes/tire rotation for 4 years. the process was as smooth as can be. maria initially greeted us and helped seal the deal and quentin assisted in finalizing everything. financing was the quickest finance i had ever experienced. an overall great experience. i would definitely recommend jay wolfe - they have exceeded expectations!!! Maria and Quentin were wonderful to work with as well! Quentin explained all functions of the car to my daughter which she really appreciated!! Thank you - we all are HAPPY! More

Oil Change I was informed at the end of my visit that I could go 10,000 miles before my next oil change. I would have appreciated knowing that at the beginning b I was informed at the end of my visit that I could go 10,000 miles before my next oil change. I would have appreciated knowing that at the beginning because I had not went 10,000 since my last visit and I could have come back another time. Asked about the price before service and showed a concern. Really didn't have the amount to spend at that time. Could have said you have how many ever miles before you really need a oil change. More
