When I come in for an appointment I always set up an "office" space in one of your waiting areas and love the complimentary Wifi, comfortable setting, and the fact that no one bothers me (like happens when I'm in my office). Extraordinary service I came in for a 20,000 mile standard service at opening hours (7 am). I had a large mark from a shredded tire tread from a semi truck I had hit on the highway a while ago on my front bumper. The reason why I'm writing this review is that the service manager (Mr. Juarez) offered to try and wipe it off (I didn't even mention it, he brought it up). Before I went to the waiting room, another employee managed to get 80% of it off, and John assured me he'd try to get more of it off before the service was over. Sure enough, after my service was completed in the amount of time Mr. Juarez told me it would take, I couldn't even notice the mark on my bumper and Mr. Juarez made no mention of it after my service, he just informed me at what mileage my next regular scheduled service would take place. Extraordinary service. More

Not only does it run like new but the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend following the recommendations from Jay Wolfe. They have done right by us every step of the way. I even insisted I must need new brakes by that point and they showed me I did not. They could have easily charged me for unnecessary work. Honest. Reliable. For this particular service visit I had all tires replaced. We did extensive shopping (even Black Friday) and couldn’t find better pricing. For the best we found on tires Jay Wolfe was able to sell us four, align, lifetime rotations and more. More

Service above and beyond other service department Jason Fischer was an excellent service manager. I was having a very bad day dealing with my husband who has Alzheimer's Disease. I got to Jay Wolfe for my 30,000 maintenance which is a comprehensive visit and therefore a bit more expensive than a regular visit. When Jason told me what the cost would be unfortunately I was overwhelmed with the combination of challenges in my life. Jason was kind and caring in explaining which services could be delayed until a future visit. I have to think that he collaborated with the mechanics because instead of taking the usual 1 1/2 - 2 hrs the maintenance less than an hour. This saved me labor time and combined with the delayed filter changes made my visit much easier to deal with. He was so merciful and sympathetic. I would never consider going to any other dealership for my maintenance. More
