Fast, Friendly and Free My first scheduled service appointment on my new Toyota was a very pleasant experience. Made my appointment on line a couple of weeks in advance which My first scheduled service appointment on my new Toyota was a very pleasant experience. Made my appointment on line a couple of weeks in advance which was really simple. I arrived at my scheduled appointment at a squeaky clean facility, was greeted nicely and a few minutes later I was in the dealership service lounge with a complimentary coffee and snack bar staffed by a real person. Comfortable seats, multiple TVs and a variety of seating - couches, work station seating, lounge seating and even a fireplace. I did not have much time to enjoy it as my service was completed in about 30 minutes and since I bought a new Toyota it was free. Best dealership service experience EVER! More
