Quick and easy I brought my 2016 Prius in for it’s 15000 mile maintenance. I had a 4:15 appointment and was promptly greeted, signed in and show to the lounge area. Service staff undermanned and overworked. The service staff is nice and helpful but undermanned and overworked. It was my first time in with a 6 month service. The staff was obviously moving as fast as they could. This place seems to sell a lot of cars. Maybe the dealership should spend some of their profits on service help! The only improvement I can see would be to have outlets at the couch areas - something that wasn’t put into the original design and would most likely not be available. Another would be to have the tv monitors on anything but news - which is quite boring lately. People are friendly and take care of you. More

There was no pressure made to buy this or any other car. He made some suggestions but then dropped them if we said we weren't interested. The whole experience was very laid back. We will definitely request to work with Fadil for future purchases. We also worked with James to do the closing paper work. He did a great job explaining our options for extra coverage on the car. We have always been happy with our dealings with Jay Wolfe. More

It took over 10 days for us to commit but we did and i think Jay Wolfe did too - they gave a lot to get us the truck we wanted, not the truck they had. Sales manager intervened with help, as well. Usually, once you drive away with your purchase the sales person would forget about you, but Ed seemed to be sincere in his willingness to be available with any future questions or concerns. More
