Took too long, walkins placed in front of scheduled appt I scheduled appointment for 3:15. It took them 45 minutes to move my vehicle in to be serviced, followed by an hour to change my oil and rotate tires I scheduled appointment for 3:15. It took them 45 minutes to move my vehicle in to be serviced, followed by an hour to change my oil and rotate tires. While checking in, walk in customers without appointments who were coming back later to pick up their vehicles were placed in front of mine despite the fact they had no appoitments, and were not waiting on site for their vehicle to be finished. A scheduled apointment for a oil change should not take almost 2 hours. If walk ins are placed in front of those who have scheduled appointments, then what is the point in an appointment. Randy Borgman checked me in and out was helpful and courteous. He made every attempt to try to push the vehicle through as quickly as possible once it was in the shop, and checked in with me regularly. However, if a customer schedules an appointment, then keep it, and don't take 2 hours to change oil. More
