Fast and friendly I came in for an oil change and tire rotation at 8:00 am and was out by 8:45 am. Regular 45,000 mile maitenance Scott Blankenship was a pleasure to work with. When I came in I had intended on just getting my oil changed. He advised me of several other items that should be addressed soon as part of normal maintenance. I asked to know how long it would take because I needed to get home to get my children off the bus. We originally thought we would have plenty of time. Shortly after, Scott learned that it would take a little longer than anticipated. He made sure I had a loaner car to get home and pickup my children. Customer service was his top priority and you could tell that he cared by the way he handled the situation. More
