I didn't have to wait for a customer service rep - Tony was ready as soon as I pulled in the garage. They got everything done - including removing a nail from a tire and patching it - in about an hour. That was very fast turn around with the tire repair. Tony made sure I got out within the requested time. I also like the waiting area. There is plenty of room, and the chairs are comfortable. I appreciate the fact that Jay Wolfe has drinks and food available to customers while they wait. And it's free! Jay Wolfe continues to earn my business every time I visit.
