She quickly answered our questions and emailed us some requested information (maintenance reports and the car fax report). Both checked out, and the price was right. I was able to get out of work early enough to justify the 2 hour drive, and Rena was able to have the car ready for a test drive when we got there. Fadil met us when we arrived at the dealership. He was very friendly, professional, and honest. We had walked away from a vehicle deal just days before coming to Jay Wolfe Toyota. So it was refreshing to work with friendly, honest, and non-pushy sales staff. While I signed paperwork, my kids were treated to snacks and drinks at their little cafe. Sydney was especially kind to them (all 4 of them). Even the finance guy--I can't remember his name--was kind and efficient. We drove the vehicle home within 1.5 hours of arriving at the dealership. The vehicle is clean and in good working order and came at a great price. I'm very pleased with my experience at Jay Wolfe Toyota. I would recommend them to my family and friends. More
