Secondly, we came to Wolfe based on the new car buying experience at Wolf by our good friends and neighbors. We approached an Associate Kelly Buckert and was impressed at his interpersonal skills used to fond out our desires and guide us to examples of cars we had in mind. Was not met with trying to sell something but rather trying to meet our needs and answering our questions. Once we selected our car familiarize us with its features and continued through the purchase procedures. We bought two vehicles and he was helpful through the entire process. Even tolerated my attempts to get a little more right to the very end. After our decisions were made he kicked into high gear to get our vehicles fueled, cleaned, and ready to drive off. Buying a car is not all roses. Buying two is less so. But it ended great with all the work he did to get our cars ready for their maiden voyages off the lot. Respectful balance of being a salesman for the dealership and ending with happy customers. The car I wanted was not available in the KC area but was driven in from about 250 miles away. And when it came in, it did not have all of the equipment as the one we had used to make the deal. Michael and Moe had these added on at no charge to me! When I picked up the car last week, Michael took the time to go over all of the features and set ups with me. More
