I realize that my SUV has over 100K miles now and that this preventive maintenance is crucial. The service team is always patient with my rants and professional in their explanations. I do appreciate it and keep returning every time my light is on. The lounge offerings are great and this time they let me borrow an office to conduct business meetings (web conferencing). I really appreciated that, it made the $230 bill easier to digest. Thank you More

Best Service Center I love Jay Wolfe Toyota. I never leave there feeling like I was lied to or ripped off. When I go, they explain things very well, give me options, then I love Jay Wolfe Toyota. I never leave there feeling like I was lied to or ripped off. When I go, they explain things very well, give me options, then of course the lounge experience is amazing. I never mind going to have my car serviced (minus having to pay for it), because the lounge is so relaxing! I get a lot of work done and even have a complimentary cookie. Win - win!
