Not so premium service I was told I could have my new Acura ILX serviced at Jay Wolfe Toyota up north, which is more convenient for me since I live up north. I specially tol I was told I could have my new Acura ILX serviced at Jay Wolfe Toyota up north, which is more convenient for me since I live up north. I specially told this to the lady setting up my appointment and asked her if she was aware of this option. She said yes. I set the appointments up on Monday for Wednesday. When I arrived the service manager told me they did not have the oil filter and would have to order it. They had 2 days that could have been used to get the filter in. Was told they could have it the next day (Thursday), but they didn't have any appointments fir an oil chang until the following Wednesday, a week later. Made no attempt to work me in fior a 15 minute oil change that should have already been taken care of on my appointment day. More
