Had a tire pressure light on and was told everything was okay and light remained on. I reviewed this as 0 star also.. However, I was to get a free oil change due to the previous trouble we had with the Toyota tundra last service call. Needless to say this DID NOT HAPPEN. The service department did not know anything about a free oil change. I was not a happy customer. Also, had a coupon for $46.95 synthetic oil change and was charged almost $56? Accommodated even without an appointment I had problems starting the car, so brought it in for service. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they were able to fit me in, replace a nearly I had problems starting the car, so brought it in for service. They persisted until conclusively deciding it was indeed a battery problem. A new battery was installed and I was happily on my way home. More
