John Juarez is attentive and has good customer service skill When I went from being a "drop off" to someone waiting for the vehicle later the same day, John found me in the customer service waiting area to assur When I went from being a "drop off" to someone waiting for the vehicle later the same day, John found me in the customer service waiting area to assure me he was aware of the change in my status, He was very open and honest about my car's findings, and when an oil leak was found to be the fault of the last person who did the oil change, I appreciated his honesty! I also appreciated that he made it clear I wouldn't be charged for that check. He also checked to see what recalls needed to be performed and had those included automatically with my service. The waiting area is really nice. They almost make it worth the wait by having all the nice food and drinks there, along with TV and iPads available. More

Said if they were not done how they would affect the car. Felt more like a mafia approach of Just Do It Now. I'm pretty sure, the 2 items requiring attention are needed, but it was put ahead of confirming the day's appointment reason and Asking if I would like to hear what other services should be done at my car's present mileage and then perhaps schedule them. I would have not felt "used". When I said no to each he looked at me like I do not care about my car. Which made me very upset and did not want to work with him any further. In fact as soon as I was headed to the waiting area, I stopped to talk to a different Service Agent about something else. IF anyone else has mentioned this, I hope Jay Wolfe learns how to train its staff in approaching their customers, especially when work to be scheduled will be over $200. More

Emergency Brake My emergency brake has not worked correctly since I got the SUV. It pushed almost to the floor and does not hold the vehicle much at all. When parke My emergency brake has not worked correctly since I got the SUV. It pushed almost to the floor and does not hold the vehicle much at all. When parked on a slight incline/decline, put the vehicle in park and apply the emergency brake, and then release the normal brake pedal, the vehicle rolls a bit until the transmission stops it. The problem that this then creates is that when you get ready to leave and release the brake and put the vehicle in gear it CLUNKS because the emergency brake allowed it to roll enough to have the transmission hold it in place. My previous highlander wasn't like this nor any of my other vehicles. If I set the brake on an incline with the vehicle in neutral it will roll. I asked for it to be fixed but it is exactly the same. Both of my rear taillights leak water so you ordered me new ones so when you install them hopefully you can fix it correctly. I know there is an adjustment under the dash and at the rear wheel. More
