prompt service representative I arrived at the service center on time for my appointment. Was asked to go on into office where service reps were. Was immediately helped by Randy Borgman who promptly processed my paperwork for regular maintenance. He explained the services that would be done on my car. He then introduced me to the "hostess" who was very pleasant. She escorted me to the snack area. The woman there served me what I requested in a kind manner. After all maintenance was finished, Randy came and then, at his station, he informed me of the results of all services to my car. He had a friendly manner and I was pleased to deal with him. I have had only Toyotas since 1972 and have to say this service center has been the best I have experienced. More

JWT offers food and beverage, comfy seating and chocolate. I was able to work on a project and call a friend. A little over an hour and I was out the door. Best of all they washed my Prius. Nice folks to work with. I called and Michelle set up my appointment. I then receive 2 phone calls, 1 text and an email as reminders which were a bit of overkill. But I did not forget. More

Easy, comfortable, reasonable time frame I had a coupon for an oil change that made the cost reasonable and was also given a discounted price for a tire rotation and balance. I was due for both the oil change and tire rotation so I scheduled to have all those services done. I easily scheduled on-line at a time convenient for me. A big bonus for me is the comfortable waiting area since I drive over half an hour to the dealership. I was told service would take 60 to 90 minutes and it was ready within that time as promised. With coupons I definitely think it's worth my time and drive to have my service done here. The staff are also very pleasant and not pushy about adding more services. More
