Suggestion for Improvement Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. However,it is very difficult to receive an update for the progress of the services if you drop the car off. My experience yesterday was that I had a chance to get a ride to pick up the car over the Noon hour but I could not find ANYONE either by phoning various direct and general phone numbers, texting or emails. I felt bad bothering someone simply asking for an update. Suggestion: When a customer leaves a car for service they are given a number. Have the service progress available online. Another consideration is to develop a android and apple apps but that is not absolutely necessary. If the progress is online everyone including receptionists and the customer could have access to that information. Also, I have corrected my contact information a number of times but yet Alexzandra contacted my ex-wife yesterday about my repairs. You seem to have computer servers that don't communicate with each other. Why don't you fix this? More
long wait I brought my Camry in for a state inspection. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait almost 2 hours. Great service. A little pricey but worth it! First service experience was good. Purchased my Certified Pre-owned 2015 Toyota Camry from there and was a good experience overall. Previously had First service experience was good. Purchased my Certified Pre-owned 2015 Toyota Camry from there and was a good experience overall. Previously had difficulty replacing the keyless entry ring because the "key guy" was never in or changed the days he was in. Came in for 40,000 maintenance, service was fairly quick for the amount of people waiting. They tried to add some additional maintenance that I could not afford at the time, told them no thanks and they were not pushy about it. Free food and beverages are always nice in the waiting area and it is nice to take your vehicle to someone who knows Toyota and what they are doing! While it may be pricier than other automotive shops, it is probably worth the cost for anyone with a Toyota less than 10 years old. More
