Poor Customer service When I purchased my 3rd Land Cruiser, I made sure that I put in my contract that I would have a loaner car when i brought my car in for service. If it's under 30 minutes I would happily wait, but it's not. Yesterday when I brought my car in for a routine oil change they told me it would take 1 1/2 hours minimum. So I asked for a car. Jason tried to get it done in a timely manner, but 45 minutes later and many times asking where it was, they finally had a car and Stephen acted like I was really bothering him. He was not happy. Darryl was great when it finally got to him. He followed us to a gas station to put some gas in the loaner. He was good. Also, normally I thought my tire rotation came with the balancing. This time it was $34. so I went ahead and did it, thinking I would check on it when I went home. But.......I don't think they even rotated them and if they did, they did not balance them. When I brought it in, every tire had a different amount of air. I thought they would take care of it when they rotated them. My service guy and the paperwork all said that the tires had 35 lbs. in each. I checked them before I left the parking lot, they were all the same as they were when I brought it there, the same different lbs. I paid for a service that I did not get. We have bought 7 cars from Jay Wolfe over the years, 3 of them were landcruisers, the most expensive car they sell . My grown children have bought 2 after that on their own there. Sadly, I will not go there to by my next one. The customer service is awful!!! The service has gone way downhill and I am completely dissatisfied with my last visit. I hope that $34 was worth it to them cause I won't buy another car from them because of it. I despise dishonesty. And that is exactly what they were.....dishonest. More

Randy Borgma I have relied on the Jay Wolfe Service Dept for over 15 years and keep coming back because of their professionalism, trust and honesty. Randy Borgman has given your dealership a good name and kept my 2001 Toyota running and in good shape. Now I have a new Toyota and am once again back under his watchful eye. I appreciate Randy's honest and trustful opinion on what my car will need in the future because his past performance is without blemish. Thank you for providing such a reliable service department. It means a lot to a 77 year old senior. More

Excellent care I had my 25,000 mileage care as well as paint touch ups. Paint was past my 12 month protections but the prices were reasonable for touch-ups. After that everything was fine, but the initial experience was a little off putting after my previous experience. More
