My only complaint is that I tried calling in a couple weeks before to see if they could do the service a week early since I had gone over 5000 miles and was about to take another long car trip prior to the service appointment. I left a voice mail message but never got called back. I guess it's possible to change the date electronically, but it would have been nice to at least get a call back telling me their schedule would not allow an earlier appointment. Nonetheless, I give them an excellent rating for the service visit itself. More

Glad I came here I don't particularly enjoy shopping for a car but the staff at Jay Wolfe Toyota made it as tolerable as possible! The member of staff who initially re I don't particularly enjoy shopping for a car but the staff at Jay Wolfe Toyota made it as tolerable as possible! The member of staff who initially reached out was very responsive, courteous, and helpful without being overbearing and annoying. Once I arrived at the dealership I had my choice pretty much narrowed down to two models and knew exactly how much I could afford to pay. They were willing to work with me a little bit on lowering the price and I was also able to negotiate a very good interest rate. The finance manager gave me the typical presentation (tried to sell me an extended warranty, etc.) but was not annoying insistent when I decline. All in all, a very good experience and I would recommend to others. More

RAV4 10k appointment Due to an unforeseen death in our family, we needed to change our first oil appointment (10k miles) from Thursday 9/22 to Wednesday 9/21. My wife call Due to an unforeseen death in our family, we needed to change our first oil appointment (10k miles) from Thursday 9/22 to Wednesday 9/21. My wife called Jay Wolfe Toyota at 7am on Wednesday, and told John Jaurez of our concerns/needs. I new that we were going to put almost 3,000 miles on our new RAV4, and this first oil change was so very important. John made our problems his, and said he would make sure to fit us in if we left the vehicle with him. My wife left the vehicle with John, and by that afternoon we were on our way to NY. It is experiences like this that will keep our family using Jay Wolfe Toyota for a lifetime! From our family to yours - thank you!! More
