Tundra serviced Seamless service......pulled up, JJ service specialist walked right out to grab my keys get the mileage then followed him in to computer checked every Seamless service......pulled up, JJ service specialist walked right out to grab my keys get the mileage then followed him in to computer checked everything I needed to have done with my current mileage and I was out the door. JJ personally called me when my truck was ready, which was prior to time quoted. Makes for a very easy, painless job to check off of your to-do list that we tend to otherwise procrastinate on when it is a frustrating and time consuming job! More
Typical I usually don't write reviews, but Jaw Wolfe Toyota made me so mad, I wanted to share my experience. First, I worked with Kenny Clark & he was great I usually don't write reviews, but Jaw Wolfe Toyota made me so mad, I wanted to share my experience. First, I worked with Kenny Clark & he was great. Professional, laid back, no pressure, & just easy to work with. The truck I initially went in to look at didn't work out. We couldn't come to an agreement on price due to the carfax they showed me was clear...but the survey from previous owner said it had been in an accident. The MGR came over & asked what it would take to make a deal that day. I asked him why they show a spotless carfax but yet the prev. Owner says it's been wrecked. He gave me a brush off response that it was minimal and been repaired. He then had the sales rep show me another truck that they could make a "better deal" for me on. A new 16' Inferno Red Tundra. (Demo) I drove it, loved it, & we punched #'s but couldn't reach a deal that day. I continued communication w the rep throughout the next week from work. (Travel for living) We went back n forth on deals finally coming to agreement midweek. I told him I'd leave work early and had many hours to travel to get back to KC, but to have it washed & ready to go by noon the next day. He called back about an hour later asking for a deposit on the truck to make sure he could hold it. (Typical sales tactic to make sure you are coming) I get it..... I told him just to hold it, it's done, and that I was driving at that time but I'd be there no later than noon. He said ok. He called back 2 hours later apologizing because the MGR sold the truck. I asked him when it was sold, he told me 10 min ago. I told him he had to be kidding because we had a deal 4 hrs ago. He said he apologized but there was nothing he could do. A customer was there w money in hand ready to buy. In my opinion, if you advertise or pride yourself & dealership on customer satisfaction/treatment, that's not the way you handle things. I also understand they might have been getting more $$$ for the truck than the deal I had in place. It's a business, I get it. But when I'm leaving work to come back to KC to purchase the truck, and I made the deal hours before, they should honor it until the agreed time. Noon the next day. If I'm the MGR, I tell the guy that bought it, look....we have a deal in place and a guy is picking it up at noon tomorrow. If he's not here by noon it's yours. But that's me, and I would want people coming back to the dealership for 2nd & 3rd vehicle purchases. In this case, won't happen, and many friends were considering Jay Wolfe at one time but not after this. When they sell a car out from under you after a deal, that's a bit shady to me. But that's business too. More
