Unfortunately the color I wanted wasn't in stock, but after the test drive with Patrick I warmed up to a red one. You offered a fair price for my trade and made the buying process easy and stress free. Then after making the deal, working with Jan in Finance was smooth and she is very friendly and helpful. I was thrilled to hear that 4 years of basic maintenance is included in my purchase so that makes my visit even better. I will keep coming back! More

Dave Rank was welcoming, efficient, and most friendly, taking care of the expected maintenance and heat shield displacement (well, the service folks did both). We have dealt with Mr. Rank on several occasions and he is always one of our favorites (there are others, too). We also had the good fortune to visit with Saman Zhalah, who has sold us two cars, and who demonstrated once again the kind friendliness we have come to associate with him–a most pleasant and competent member of the staff. I don't think he was really interested in what I wanted,and the whole as a dealership was not accommodating to my needs, so we left and went back to Jay Wolf.The staff is great,I got the deal that works for me,and just the atmosphere in general is a class act.
