Regular Maintenance I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited for the work to be complete, which only took about an hour. The lounge area with complimentary food and beverage is fantastic! I don't have to worry about missing lunch with a midday service appointment. My only negative would be the addition of a pushy upgrade specialist who wanted to give me the trade-in value of my current vehicle. She then passed my name on to a salesman, who later called me.
