Yes, there always seems to be added recommended services/maintenance to get the optimum performance out of the vehic Feels like an honest dealership. Yes, there always seems to be added recommended services/maintenance to get the optimum performance out of the vehicle, but if you're really tight on car maintenance budget they don't seem to pressure you into those services. They usually will break it down and tell you what is absolutely necessary to keep car running and which higher priced services will probably affect performance, but aren't absolutely necessary and can wait until later. Plus, the service staff are pretty darn amiable. I haven't met a grumpy one, yet:) More

He treats each customer as if they are the most important people he will deal with that day. He went out of his way to obtain a rental car for us when Enterprise Rental informed him that they could not come out to pick us up. He quickly obtained a dealer rental loaner and we were on our way in record time. But, not before he was able to smoothly help us obtain a proof-of-insurance card from our insurance company, USAA Auto Insurance in San Antonio, Texas. Friendly Customer Service The sales team was extremely helpful when going in to look at the truck I'd had my eye on. They answered any questions I had and weren't pushy. I went in on a Saturday and didn't have time to finish the process but Frank was patient and helped to split the process in two days so that I came back Monday. The computers were down Monday when I went in so after sitting there for hours Frank then let me go home with the truck and return Tuesday to finish the financing. It took a long time due to the unfortunate computer issues the time I went in, but the staff were incredibly friendly so it made it not nearly as bad. Thanks for the help Frank! More
