Horrendous customer service & xxxx poor ethics! This is by far the very worst business I have ever had to deal with in life! I called to confirm a truck on their website was still for sale & made a This is by far the very worst business I have ever had to deal with in life! I called to confirm a truck on their website was still for sale & made a verball commitment to purchase same day with full cash since I live 3 hours away in Wichita. 2 hours later while my friend and his extremely pregnant wife are driving me down to pick it up, I get a call from Austin saying that someone was signing paperwork to purchase that same truck! I asked to speak to the sales manager Ed, and he completely blew me off saying that he didn't have any idea of anything happening on his sales lot! That is literally his only job and he isn't aware that he has two sales people, Austin & Olivia, making different deals on the same vehicle within hours of each other. I finally asked to speak with Olivia since she was the one who verbally made the deal over the phone and said she would begin prepping the truck for my pickup that same day, but she would not answer when they paged or pick up the calls to her direct line. Not only am I out of an entire tank of gas, but I wasted my friends entire Saturday, since they cancelled their plans to finish their new baby registery to help me out. So now I'm driving 3 hours back home, without my truck or even an apology for how they run their xxxx show of a business! More

I have been driving a Chevy for the past twenty plus years and my sister who loves Toyota told me to go check out a Toyota. I am happy thus far, but I have only had my car for 12 hours. Working with JaVan in the finance department was a great until we where in the middle of a tornado warning and I went into panic mode and just wanted to get home. JaVan Clayton was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as well. You have a great team Jay Wolfe Toyota! The snack bar/lounge is a nice touch to long waits at a dealership. The dealership is very clean and open, gives you a really good feeling to be there. I would highly recommend this dealership for many reasons.
