I was very reticent at first, but Jeff Kramer, one of the salesmen there, helped me through the entire process which took 5 days. He went over and above the call of duty to make sure that I was comfortable and reassured by letting me know several times a day through texting and calling me what the status of the car and the paperwork was until it's arrival. I feel that, thanks to Jeff, it was an awesome first experience for me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, anywhere ! More

Positive Experience The 72 month service on my Prius was completed in a resonable amount of time. An additional brake flush was recommended which seemed appropriate. A car part was needed that they didn't have but they went and got it from the GMC next door without any issue! I have a newborn and everyone went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, from drink refills, to helping me pull the diaper changing table down in the bathroom when they saw my hands were full, to walking me back to my car and opening my door for me where my newborn's car seat goes. I didn't have to ask for any help, it was offered without asking. I will never take my Chevy anywhere else! More
