Jessica was pleasant but the sales manager thought it was more important to visit with a co worker! Won't be purchasing a new ride from here! Great no-pressure experience! I new the Certified Pre-Owned vehicle I wanted to test drive and probably buy before arriving. I contacted the Internet group via the web site setting up the test drive. Travis/Olivia replied that I should ask for them when I arrived for my test drive. One very small negative was the young woman at the front desk was very apathetic, no greeting or smile. Although come to think of it, the other Toyota dealership we visited the same thing happened. Too much or too little to do makes them not-so-friendly? Dunno. Olivia from the Internet group came out to greet and sent us to wait for Kenny our assigned salesperson. He was great! Very informative and friendly, not high-pressure in anyway. I mentioned how we were once tricked at Carmax to wait an hour for them to find a better rate and then they came back to us and said Oh no guess we can't beat the rate you already have! Grrrrr! Kenny was very reassuring that it shouldn't be long when we had to go see the finance guy. And it wasn't. Of course the finance guy had to pressure me to get an extended warranty, but I just kept saying no about 4 times until he accepted it. Came back an hour later (needed a driver for my other car) and my new car was ready to go.!! The price I got was just 200 over the Internet price and it was for documentation (Honda charges you $400). The price matched Kelly Blue Book value I expected so very very Happy !!! More

Spoke to one your service department members by phone and was able to take care of the issue & said to them, when I'm ready to trade I will certainly be back. So today I am driving a 2016 Highlander,purchased only 7 weeks ago. I cannot give enough Thanks to Randy Borgman and my salesman Fidel. More

The place where my family has purchased half a dozen vechicles. They eased my pain and helped find a great replacement for my old standby, of course it was a newer Rav4. A nice used model with low miles and everything we wanted. In the end they made the transition simple and straightforward.
