We had our oil changed earlier in the week and at some point during the process the TPMS light came on and stayed on. The service tech was quick to identify the problem and fixed it at no charge. This is just one example of the great service we've always gotten and the reason we bring our Highlander there for everything. More

Easy, reasonably priced oil change and relaxing wait time I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online after receiving a coupon. Scheduling was very easy, they took my car in as soon as I arrived and, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online after receiving a coupon. Scheduling was very easy, they took my car in as soon as I arrived and, although I had an hour wait, I didn't mind as I relaxed in the comfortable waiting area with free coffee and a donut. After a long day at work, I enjoyed the down time and my husband enjoyed not having to change my oil! Rodney Foushee was the assistant service manager who assisted me and he handled my appointment efficiently and with a pleasant attitude. I will recommend the service department to others. More

They were friendly and knowledgable and did not pressure me I was very happy that I did not feel pressured. They explained what work needed to be done and what work could wait.
