Firestone Mishap Firestone messed up my truck. I brought it in 2 weeks ago and they couldn't find the knock (not sure they tried very hard). I brought it in this time Firestone messed up my truck. I brought it in 2 weeks ago and they couldn't find the knock (not sure they tried very hard). I brought it in this time and Randy immediately took me for a test drive. He noticed the knocking right away. He was able to figure out the problem, get the parts ordered and set up and appointment for me to come get it fixed. I love the lounge and is one of the many reasons that I will continue to buy Toyotas besides the fact that I have had this one for almost 13 years. More

Fast Service I had been running late for my original appointment, but they still got me in immediately after arriving. He assured me that they have yet to see anyone's vehicle that is having issues with the recall. I also appreciate the food and beverages provided while waiting. Overall a good experience. More

Every single person I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and professional! I had an amazing experience! A huge shout out to Jessica for all her help and excellent demonstration on my new Van! I started this process with Jessica over the phone, and she was extremely friendly and prompt with information at that point. That gave me the confirmation I needed personally to take the final step with Jay Wolfe. I had called another dealership prior and was treated poorly, so I did t have high hopes and was completely blown away by her refreshingly kind personality! Ryan was also very pleasant to talk with and extremely knowledgeable as well. He was great at explaining things I needed further instructions on. Last, but not least, I have never had a finance manager (sorry if incorrect title) sit down and explain all the warranty in such detail and at a level I can understand, as Troy Shaw did. ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) He did a fantastic job of answering all my questions and not being pushy with me, especially since I was without my husband during this purchase. I felt like he listened to my concerns and addressed them with honesty and knowledge! A huge thank you to everyone!! More
