Although the service takes a bit longer here I love that my car is washed when I get it back and it never smells weird and my seat isn't moved around. I feel comfortable leaving things in my car and don't have to worry. I also enjoy the fact that I never feel like they are trying to "sell" me. I simply get great service at a competitive price. The waiting room with the options of food and shows playing makes the time go by fast. My only suggestion would be free Wi-Fi. More

In for regular maintenance I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. It was due for other service which I couldn't afford to do at the time. Great service... All the way to the end Our 2004 Sienna driver's seat needed a new track. The cost to buy new was exorbitant. We picked it up deciding to look for a used part ourselves. Unfortunately, the production year turned over and the Scion I had was now "last year's" model and everyone wanted me to order a 2016 instead. I drove - and hated - the 2016 at another dealership (there wasn't one available the day I went to JW). No other dealer was open to helping me replace my 2015 (I was sent to another dealer by my insurance but that didn't work out so well) Fadil was at first also encouraging me to get a 2016, but when he heard that I wasn't happy, he (we have purchased several vehicles from him) went out of his way to find me a nearly identical 2015 tC that was brand new. I am SO happy to be back in "my baby"!! More
