Extraordinarily excellent service I have always had good service from the service managers at this location. This time it was extraordinary. I had a concern about my oil level. I as I have always had good service from the service managers at this location. This time it was extraordinary. I had a concern about my oil level. I asked the service manager to help me read the dipstick so I could understand what I was seeing. Not only did he explain oil levels needed and connecting that with what I was seeing on the dipstick, he took a picture of the dipstick (clean) and another picture that showed my current oil level that he showed me as he explained. It may seem like a simple thing but it was very helpful to me and it took more of his time to do this. This effort was above and beyond my expectations and much appreciated. I also had other routine service completed and the service manager explained all in detail. When I left, I was at ease with the status of my car and that I would be able to capably monitor oil levels. I will request this service manager again if possible. More
