Frame R and R is fine...I guess. Time will tell. I had the frame under my pickup replaced. While it didn't cost me a dime as it was a 'recall' I was hesitant about doing it. But I really had no choic I had the frame under my pickup replaced. While it didn't cost me a dime as it was a 'recall' I was hesitant about doing it. But I really had no choice. It is done now and I have had the truck back about a week or so. Everything seems to be fine with the work. I have to say so far as time will tell just how good of job was done. The one down side is they ddn't put the glove box shock absorber in. Now the glove box falls open rather than opening slowly as it should. Next time I am at the deal I will have that done. And they gave me a loaner to drive too. I got a white Yaris. It was a nice car, dependable and secure. But I am glad to have my Tacoma back! :-) Lastly, I have dealt with Tony Civella several times when I have been at the dealer. He is a great guy, very profession, detail oriented, a toyota believer and commited. He is a tremendous asset to have in the organization. I hope he stays there forever. Tony, Merry Christmas to you! They keep you up to date on what's going on with the car, didn't bat an eye or get pushy when I told them I needed to do a little comparison shopping for my 4 new tires to be sure about them. I never mind waiting for the vehicle because the waiting area is so great with free food and drink, tv, and wi-fi while you wait. It's a very efficient and pleasant set up. That and my 9 year old (still running like a top) RAV4 definitely make me want to keep buying Toyotas. More
