They made me feel as if I was a valued customer and went above and beyond to be helpful, which was refreshing after an extremely poor experience in dealing with Toyota's corporate office. Not a bad experience ...considering I always have to wait for my car when it's serviced. My only complaint concerns the waiting areas. That being said, Kenny Clark has been the best salesperson I've had the pleasure to work with. Totally nice guy and the kind of salesperson you wouldn't mind having as a family friend. If you could bottle his professionalism and genteel approach you would have great recipe for selling any products. On another subject, I absolutely hate post sale surveys!!
