I didn't feel pressured at all, Toyotas sell themselves so well with their features and longevity. Mario was so great to work with that my husband brought my dad back the next day to purchase a new Camry Hybrid. I took my car in yesterday for the 5,000 mile maintenance. Making the appointment was easy; I had the dealership phone number programmed into my car's handsfree system and just hit the option to call them on my way to work one morning this week. They had availability even the next day, if it had worked for me. I received email reminders about my appointment, which was nice. When I arrived at the dealership, everyone I encountered was super friendly. I was taken directly to the waiting area, instead of just being pointed in the general direction, and my service agent showed me where the waiting room concierge counter was. He gave me a concierge menu, which included all kinds of things, including breakfast, sandwiches, pizzas, smoothies, and all kinds of drinks. Seating was very comfortable. My service only took an hour, which was what had been estimated before they started. My car was brought to me washed, which was a very nice amenity, and my service agent helped me with an issue I was having with pairing a new phone. I highly recommend Jay Wolfe Toyota, they really know how to treat people! More

Great deal and exceptional service I worked with mike margolin, he was able to secure a deal on a new Tacoma that was over $1000 less than the same truck from another dealership I had t I worked with mike margolin, he was able to secure a deal on a new Tacoma that was over $1000 less than the same truck from another dealership I had talked to, this truck had a tonneau cover as well. The dealership is very nice and includes a lunch counter where you can get sandwiches, pizza, chips, drinks, donuts, coffee. Overall, great dealership and great value, would recommend to anyone.
