I have complained to the service manager on more than one occasion due to items not being repaired correctly or something else wrong with my vehicle when I received it back. On my last visit I spent $800.00 on regular maintenance (fluid changes) on my 2010 RAV4. I was supposed to have new tires put on, but they ordered the wrong siize tire. I was at the dealership for about 7 hours to have this work performed. After getting vehicle back I noticed other issues that had developed.
