Katie the finance manager was very persuasive and overall we think has the toughest job there. As for Toyota, we would like to see a car that is made to last that does not include a small fortune to insure the mechanical workings. We never buy extended warranties but felt like with all of the new electronic workings we needed to. They did not offer a warranty with more years and less miles than we needed. We also do not care for the new cover over the shift knob or the design of the shift knob. We have seen better in our previous Toyotas. We would buy a Toyota again! More
