Great Service When walking out to my car after oil change I noticed a quarter size black spot on the front bumper cover of my gold 2011 Prius that we purchased in J When walking out to my car after oil change I noticed a quarter size black spot on the front bumper cover of my gold 2011 Prius that we purchased in January of 2014. Mentioned to Johnathan that it was not there when I brought car in. He promptly had his manager come out and inspect the spot and determined that the touch up that was done when the car was sold to us came off when the car went through their car wash. He apologized for the inconvenience and asked that I wait while he had the spot touched up again and stated that if it happens again to bring the car in for a more comprehensive repair. I appreciate the great service that is provided after the sale of the car. You hear too many times about how service is lacking after the sale of the vehicle, but not here. Then he took me to the customer waiting area, introduced me to a young lady who asked if I would like any soft drink beverage or coffee, etc., cookies and/or a sandwich, while I was waiting...which I took advantage of. Seems that within a few minutes she came back to the customer lounge area where I was waiting and said that my vehicle was completed...and then escorted me back to the service area where the service manager where I was given my keys and told there would be no charges because my vehicle was under warranty. More
