The Camry's interior was vacuumed and its exterior was washed. I waited in a clean comfortable area and I enjoyed a bagel, an orange, and orange juice while I waited. The person serving us waiting service customers was cheerfully efficient and friendly. From August 1999 forward we have been Jay Wolfe Toyota Service customers. We give this dealership's service department half the credit for the excellent service our Toyota autos have given since August 1999. Even the best products need consistently excellent service to keep working long term. Our 1998 Camry, bought in August 1999 with 9,400 miles, still runs well for our son in July 2014 with 310,000 miles behind it. Thank you Jay Wolfe Toyota Service Department! More

Despite his concern that he might not be able to have the car repaired by the next day, since it was a Saturday and we did not have an appointment, the car was ready by 2:00 on Saturday. More

Classy Lounge. I was mailed a coupon for a $24.95 oil change. So I set up the appointment with a friendly rep on the phone. Came in yesterday morning for the scheduled appointment, but the gentleman at the desk, was confused about the coupon, that Jay Wolfe doesn't honor this coupon because it's only for a "4-cylinder." No where on the coupon did it state anything about a 4 cylinder. The man recognized his mistake and only charged me $24.95 with no tax. I was very grateful and noticed how great the guys in the back were on the professionalism of my much needed oil change. Definitely sat in the nicest Lounge in a car dealership/garage ever. There are many places I can go between where I live and Jay Wolfe Toyota for an oil change, about a 25 mile radius. Definitely consider going back when needing service on my 2008 Tundra. Sean E. Best lounge area in Car Dealership history, Bar with drinks, snacks, and sandwiches (no alcohol obviously) EVEVN RENTED A TABLET (for free) while i waited and had pre loaded apps already downloaded!. i seriously couldn't believe this, I would recommend this dealership to anyone, even if they hate buying cars and people who love cars that dont break down. A car that can last over 250,000 with only oil changes and tire rotations needing to be done. Toyota is the best brand, I knew this,. Now i found the best Dealership. Lifes good.
